Monitoring kvality vody metodou LC-MS/MS

Abstract

With more drug consumption in recent years, more drugs are being found in real waters. This diploma thesis deals with the development of the LC-MS / MS method for the determination of antiepileptics in real water samples. The theoretical part deals with the basic characteristics of selected antiepileptic drugs, characterization of individual methods used, and studies of foreign sources. In the experimental part, you can find the individual procedures necessary for the development of an objective method LC-MS / MS. The result of this work is a validated analytical method suitable for identification, resp. determination of selected antiepileptics in real water samples. The developed method was used for the analysis of real water samples. The result is the demonstration of antiepileptic drugs in real river waters. The antiepileptics found in the rivers around the city of Ostrava are: carbamazepine and its metabolite carbamazepine-epoxide, theophylline, levetiracetam, lamotrigine, primidoma and lacosamide.
