Technologický postup obvodových plášťů polyfunkčního bytového domu

Abstract

This dissertation thesis is technological process of cladding multifunctional residential building. The designed multifunctional apartment building has a partial basement, with three floors with a total capacity of eight residential units and two sales rooms. The building will consist of a system Ytong, Silka. It is located in residential area in the cadastral town of Zlin. The thesis includes preparation of project documentation for the building construction permit and comparison of alternatives cladding from thermally technical and financial aspects and speed of construction. Part of the work will be itemized budget of construction works for the groundwork, time schedule in the form of line schedule and itemized budget.
