Tvar a konstrukční řešení obvodového pláště v návaznosti na energetickou efektivitu budov

Abstract

Currently, demands for energy saving are increasing, resources are depleting and therefore the demand for energy efficiency increases. This trend will continue and the construction industry must take this trend into account. The energy efficiency of the house in reality does not depend only on the theoretical direct energy consumption, but on the ratio of its external surfaces and floor area, as well. Furthermore, the energy efficiency of the house depends on the exposure to different areas to sunlight and to schedule rooms according to their methods of use. Although it is possible to identify a specific individual cases, but there are not known smooth changes depending on various parameters. Knowledge of the rules relating these courses can be a means of purposeful planning and construction management for individual buildings and the creation of urban plans. The present doctoral thesis: "The shape and design of the building cladding in relation to the energy efficiency of buildings" is engaged in the exploration of housing individual character, which aims to find the inevitable relationship between the shape and size of houses and heat loss through the building cladding and heating demand, that affect the energy performance of buildings within the usual ranges and conventional technologies of their structures. For theoretical work are created standards for preliminary estimation of heat loss and heating demand in certain typical shapes and situations using normalized values.
