Reprezentace znalostí pro účely havarijního plánování

Abstract

Diploma thesis presents the creation of formal knowledge of the selected scenário of the emergency event for the emergency planning purposes. The aim is to synthetize these datas to the safe-oriented ontology. The first part of the work gives an overview on teoretical knowledge of emergency planning. In practical part, author describes a scenário during a dangerous chemical substance leak during a transport. The process and a resolution of this accident is then described using a created activity and class diagram in language UML. Iplementation of gained knowledge into an ontology is then made in a Protege platform.
