Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor these sis description of Ostravsko-karvinské koksovny, exactly division Koksovna Svoboda, its surroudings and assessment of internal Emergency plan, including updates. Next, the thesis focuses on the analysis of risk by notice No. 103/2006 Sb., which establishes the principles of emergency planning zone, the measure and the definition of methods of off-site emergency plan by the IAEA-TECDOC-727 and subsequent clarification of the emergency planning zone, considering the population protection in the neasrest neighborhood of the plant, by using a software modeling program ALOHA. The conclusion of this thesis includes summarize the results and recommend suitable pracaution.
