Theme of the bachelor thesis: State Analysis of Quality Management System of Rust-resistant Steel Producer with a View to Process Approach.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyze the implementation process approach in the organization and design of measures to eliminate weaknesses. The beginning is focused on the theoretical analysis of the quality management system and process approach. It describes the basic definitions and procedure implementation. The practical part decribes the organization Blanco CS CZ. Furthermore, was analyzed the current state of the process approach in the organization, including individual processes. Then was the identification of weaknesses. In conclusion, the proposed measures to overcome weaknesses.
