Abstract

Bachelor thesis called "Thermal energy, its sources and the prices in the selected companies", includes about company Severočeská teplárenská, a.s., that is supplier of thermal energy for customers from Most, Litvínov and Chanov. Joint-stock company Severočeská teplárenská, procure thermal energy from the company United Energy, a.s., which is owner and entrepreneur of heat station in Komořany. It also describes production, supply methods of thermal energy, thermal losses and potential sources of acquisition. One of chapters of this bachelor thesis is "The price of thermal energy, its development, affecting factors", which is in the heating industry price materially streamline. In this chapter shows the structures of the price, its method of calculation and the prices, at which options can be heat delivery charge. The last chapter is "Customer satisfaction survey" of company Severočeská teplárenská, a.s., and the subsequent survey’s summary.
