Analýza řízení kvality ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is “The Analysis of Quality Management in Plant”. Diploma thesis was conducted in the company Viadrus a.s. The main goal of this study was to analyze actual system of control in manufacturing process operations and to identify weak spots in controlling activities. Another goal was to formulate suggestions and recommendations for system quality control, which leed to decrease of expenses on the field of non-conforming production. Theoretical part describes methods and tools, which were used in order to fulfil the purpose of this thesis. Practical part of this thesis focuses on use of internal and external analysis of loses from low quality products, forms of verification in conformity of production, FMEA methodology including another supporting tools. Based on the outputs of the practical part of this thesis proposes and recommendations were formulated and delivered to the manager of the Quality and ecology departments.
