Organizační zajištění čtyřdenního wellness pobytu pro ženy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on: „Organizational arrangements of four days for Women Wellness stay“. The thesis contains the organization and the realization of the wellness stay, the assessment of the quality of the stay by female clients, the preparation of the stay and the introduction of the advantages and the disadvantages brought the stay. One of the part of this thesis is the introduction of the theoretical bases which are connceted with the set topic like a marketing, management, marketing mix of the services, wellness and other bases. The next part focuses on the organization and the praparation of the stay, on the SWOT analysis and the research of the market. The next part is focused on the complete analysis of the success of this stay from the perspective of the female clients. These two parts are supplemented by information acquired with the usage of questionnaire. In the last part, the results of the research are summarized and the conclusions and suggsetions are proposed.
