Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate economic impacts of the euro adoption in Slovak Republic. Influence of the euro adoption in Slovakia will
be examined through the development of the basic macroeconomics indicators, which are: GDP per capita in PPP, economic growth, inflation rate, unemployment and current account payment balance. Macroeconomic indicators are defined in reference period from 2005 to 2018. A partial goal of the macroeconomic analysis is to discuss possible implications for the Czech Republic.
