Abstract
This diploma thesis focusses on the possibilities of Lean Manufacturing elements in metallurgical company. The thesis focusses on the input analysis possibilities and proposal for application Lean Manufacturing elements. Identifies bottlenecks in analyzed company and suggests recommendation for improve their efficiency. The results of this diploma thesis will help the researched company to improve the situation in bottlenecks and to introduce Lean Manufacturing elements.
