Abstract

The bachelor work deals with analysis of municipal communication strategy of Novy Jicin. The aim of this work is to analyze awareness of citizens of the city. The theoretical part is aimed on marketing communication, communication mix and marketing mix generally. Analysis of awareness was realized on basis of questionaire inquiry analysis which was realized by electronic questioning with help of the internet page www.vyplnto.cz. Questionaire was filled by citizens of Novy Jicin whose were older than 15 years. On basis of these results of questionaire were processed data from which followed suggestions and recomendation which could help to the city to better communication with citizens and it could help mutual relationship between the city and citizens.
