Absolvování individuální odborné praxe

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis summarizing my individual professional practice in the OKIN GROUP a.s. company I document processes of my assigned tasks. My telecommunications specialist position allowed me to utilize and widen my theoretical knowledge. The focus of my work was on solving problems from the first to the third layer of the OSI model. As a member of team I ensured functionality or restoration of connection and device maintenance for European customers. Thanks to this I was in touch with branches all over the world.
