Abstract
The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical interpretation of the influence of alloying elements of manganese and zirconium on the properties of aluminium alloys, the importance of the applied types of heat treatment and the description of the production of thin foils for bellows of brazed heat exchangers using continuous casting, cold rolling and heat treatment technologies. The subject of research in the experimental part is the influence of the intermediate annealing AlMnZr alloy parameters on the stabilization of the mechanical properties of the foil in the delivered state, i.e. before brazing and after simulated brazing, when the properties of the foils correspond to the properties of the finished heat exchanger. The comparison of material properties has been carried out using mechanical tests, metallographic methods, electrical conductivity, structural and image analyzes including used laboratory methods. The results and evaluation are presented in the conclusion of this thesis.
