Aplikace metodiky Six Sigma na snižování výskytu neshodných výrobků

Abstract

The diploma thesis examines the application of Six Sigma methodology for a purpose to reduce occurrence of non-conforming products. The diploma thesis theoretical part describes methodology principles and a single tools used in cycle DMAIC phase. The first chapter of the practical part focuses on introduction of the company where the project Six Sigma methodology for a purpose to reduce occurrence of non-conforming products has been already implemented. The author zero in on implementation of Six Sigma methodology tools by which to processed the project for a purpose to reduce occurrence of non-conforming products on final assembly. Application of all DMAIC cycle phases lead to achievement of the project goal, which is reduction in non-compliant products during final assembly to the maximum permissible level of 0.8 %.
