The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of partial documentation for the construction of a family house on plot no. 2651/1 in the cadastral area of the municipality of Ostrava. The documentation is prepared to an appropriate extent according to Decree no.131/2024 Coll., on building documentation.

The basis for the preparation of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study from the subject Studio Creation V – academic year 2025/2026, supervisor of the thesis Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D.. This study was subsequently prepared to the level of project documentation for a building permit in the subject Studio Creation V – academic year 2025/2026.

The work consists of text and drawing parts, which were processed in full and in accordance with the assignment of the bachelor's thesis with specialization in the field of architecture.
