The subject of the diploma thesis is to design heating and ventilation of house for the aged with medical attendance. The diploma thesis is divided to two parts. The first part deals with the project documentation of the object, which meets the relevant standards and requirements. The second part deals with the design of the heating and ventilation of the building. The source for heating and hot water preparation is a gas condensing boiler. The heating system is designed for low temperature underfloor heating in combination with radiators. The ventilation of the building is by two air ventilation units. Part of the diploma thesis is the calculations of thermal losses of buildings, thermal technical assessment of building structures, thermal technical assessment of selected detail, creation of energy label of building envelope and a building energy rating certificate.
