Analýza řízení neshod v integrovaném systému managementu ve firmě

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma „Analýza řízení neshod v integrovaném systému managementu ve firmě“ bylo přiblížit integrovaný systém managementu a proces řízení neshodného materiálu v organizaci, dále identifikovat příčiny vzniku neshodného materiálu a navrhnout zefektivnění procesu řízení neshodného materiálu. Teoretická část práce se zabývá úvodem do problematiky managementu jakosti a je zaměřena především na oblast integrovaných systémů managementu a oblast neshodných produktů. Další část práce se zabývá charakteristikou firmy Kraft Foods CR, s.r.o., provozovna Valašské Meziříčí. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány příčiny neshod a navrhnuto doporučení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis called The Analysis of the Nonconformity Management in the Scope of the Integrated Management System of Company was to explain the integrated management system and the process of managing the nonconforming material in the company, to identify the reasons of occurrence of the nonconforming material and to suggest streamlining of the process of managing the nonconforming material. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the introduction to the questions of the quality management and focuses particularly on the sphere of the nonconforming products. The next part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the “Kraft Foods CR, s.r.o., Valašské Meziříčí plant” company. In the practical part of the thesis the causes of nonconformities are analysed and the solution is suggested.
