Abstract

In the mining areas of the quarry CSA were OBU set of pillars, coal reserves are classified as restricted and not considered for extraction. These protective pillars have been established to protect the surface of objects owned by different legal entities (especially buildings and structures). To extend the service life of mine (we are talking about 10 million tons of high quality coal, intended primarily for heating purposes, which is bound to fracture CSA protective pillars) can exploit these coal reserves provided the solution of conflicts of interest under the Act 44/1988 Coll. (Mining Act) and under applicable POPD (Plan opening, preparation and extraction in the upper regulations). It is a financial compensation or indemnification of different property owners through mining damage, including disposal facilities (subject to its jurisdiction the building office and OBU). Custom solution lies in entering the protective pillars through valid legislation OBU solution mining damage the Indemnity Agreement and the issuance of a valid permit to extract - POPD.
