Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to summarize and present new web APIs collectively
denoted as HTML5. The emphasis is mainly put on categorization of these technologies
and on their description as well. Another aim is to show how these APIs can increase
the user experience and how they can easy the development phase. The most valuable
parts of the HTML5 standard are contained in our ASP.NET MVC3/Razor application
which practicaly demonstrates how to use them.
