Hodnocení kvality videa

Abstract

Following bachelor´s thesis deals with influence of data loss rate to video picture quality. First part focuses on picture and signals processing issues, further analysis of compressing algorithms of MPEG group. In folow-up parts, it analyzes few most know objective methods for picture quality rating. In second part, practical measuring where the transfer of short videosequences will be simulated over webcasting, will be conducted. Packet loss wil be applied to transmited picture and on the outline, sequence will be saved for further rating. Whole process will be made on three types of resoluting for two compress algorighms. In the end of thesis, results of both codec´s loss will be rated with different sensitivity of coding using objective methods.
