Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the rating solution of duplex detached house. Basic condition was to choose comfortable and effective system of rating with no need of often oparating. From many possibilities was chosen a low-temperature koncept of underfloor rating with heat-pump system air to water like a source for water rating. This thesis is also aimed at specific features of an underfloor heating system pointing out its advantages and disadvantages. The project itself consists of a part of the technical drawings in CAD programs, building technical report and anex with appropriate calculations.
