Personálne riadenie vybraného priemyslového podniku

Abstract

Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je predstaviť personálne riadenie vybraného podniku a navrhnúť jeho optimalizáciu. Objektom personálnych činností je v podniku človek a jeho začlenenie sa do pracovného procesu. V teoretickej časti práce je analyzované postavenie personalistiky a funkcie riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Osobitne sú predstavené jednotlivé personálne činnosti a personálny informačný systém podniku. Praktická časť práce sa venuje charakteristike vybraného priemyselného podniku cez jeho organizačnú štruktúru, zamestnancov a súčasný stav riadenia personálneho riadenia v podniku. Návrhová časť práce vyzdvihuje personálny informačný systém a jeho nevyhnutnú ochranu a elektronickú personalistiku, ktorá je efektívnym personálnym článkom v súčasnom modernom riadení ľudských zdrojov.

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the management of the selected company and to propose its optimization. The subject of personal activities is the person in the company and its integration into the working process. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the position of human resources and the function of human resources management. In particular, individual personnel activities and the company's personal information system are presented. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the selected industrial enterprise through its organizational structure, employees and the current state of the personnel management in the company. The design part of the thesis highlights the personal information system and its necessary protection and electronic human resources, which is an effective personal element in today's modern management of human resources.
