IGIP The bachelor's thesis deals with the functional use of the brownfield in the town of Krnov, analyzes the current conditions and requirements of individual functional units created by the design. The aim of the work is to design a new use of industrial brownfield, which will meet the needs of citizens and at the same time reflect the limits of the site. The solution will be based on the established principles of functional requirements for the operation of the designed parts of the buildings. Furthermore, the scope of processing will correspond to the territorial study within the revitalization of the complex as a whole. From which some objects will be processed in more detail. The resulting design will be functionally integrated into the urban concept of the surroundings, including the design of technical and transport infrastructure. In particular, solving the issue of parking and walking distance. In accordance with the existing limits of the territory and the zoning plan and its regulations.
