Optimalizace zásob ABC analýzou u firmy Weppler Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracována optimalizace zásob pomocí metody ABC analýzy a položkám s největší roční spotřebou při výrobě filtrů je navržen objednací systém. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se logistiky a řízení zásob. Následně je představen podnik Weppler Czech s.r.o. a stručně uvedena jeho historie a současná ekonomická situace. V praktické části je provedena ABC analýza, která rozdělí položky do tří skupiny podle jejich roční spotřeby při výrobě filtrů. Dále je stanoven vhodný objednací systém nejvíce spotřebovávaným položkám. Závěr práce je zaměřený na návrhy a doporučení.

In the treated thesis is processed inventory optimization using the ABC analysis and items of the highest annual consumption in the manufacture of filters is designed ordering system. In the first part are explained the basic concepts related to logistics and inventory management. After that is introduced a company Weppler Czech s.r.o. and shortly its history and its current economic situation. In the practical part is performed the ABC analysis, which divides the items into three groups according to their annual consumption in the production of filters. Next, is set up appropriate ordering system the most consumed items. The end of the thesis is focused on the proposals and recommendations.
