Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on employee training and development in a selected organization and the various impacts of training and development on employee performance and satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current status of employee training and development in the selected organization. Further, to suggest recommendations based on the results from the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with the employees of the organization. These results could be used by the organization to optimize its training processes and support the development of its employees in the future.
