Financování investiční akce obcí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním investičních akcí v obcích, konkrétně pak řeší financování rekonstrukce sokolovny v obci Nový Malín, která má 3 264 obyvatel. Teoretická část se věnuje legislativnímu vymezení obcí, příjmové a výdajové stránce rozpočtu a charakteristice vybrané obce. V praktické části je proveden rozbor hospodaření obce v letech 2007 – 2011. Dále je praktická část zaměřena na projekt rekonstrukce sokolovny, její využití a možnosti financování z vlastních zdrojů, z cizích zdrojů a pomocí dotací. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty nalezené možnosti financování a doporučena optimální varianta s ohledem na ekonomické možnosti obce. Vzhledem k množství nalezených variant z práce vyplývá, že obec by měla být schopna nalézt finanční prostředky pro realizaci investičních projektů.

This Bachelor Work is describing finance view of the investment in municipality Nový Malín that has 3264 inhabitants. In this Work is in detail described project of gymnasium reconstruction used with Sokol association. The Theory part of this Work contains legislative demarcation of municipality, receipts and expenditures of budget and municipality characteristic. Practice part is dealing with economy analysis of this municipality in 2007-2011 year. The practice part is also concretely focused on project of gymnasium reconstruction, its use and posibility of finance from own financial resources, from external financial sources and dotation. At the end of this Work there are summarized all options for financing and recommended optimal variant with respect to economic posibility of this municipality. In consideration of quantity of found variants there results from Work that this municipality should be able to find finance sources for realization of investment project.
