Abstract
The task of this diploma thesis is to carry out general characteristics, description and properties of wind power stations and photovoltaics power stations. Then there is description of their backward influence over distribution network, and to carry out their upward revaluation and their elimination, at the end.
Fundamental objective specifications of wind power station including physical principles are described in theoretic part of thesis. The types of power stations and their construction are described below. Next there are described distribution of wind power stations and types which are practically used for their construction. Then there is a specification of individual components that make up the wind power station as a separate element connectable to the power network.
Essential objective specifications of photovoltaic (PV) systems, inclusive physical principles, are analysed in next parts of thesis, and standard PV cells are described below. Next there is a description of the basic types of cells, their distribution and types commonly used in practice. Specification of individual components that make up the photovoltaic power station is below. Definition of single backward influences, their relation on legislature, properties and importance are described in integral part of thesis.
Practical part of this thesis consists of analysis individual influences of wind power plant and PV power plant. Each measured record is obtained by the graphical representations, and the procedure how these measurements were made. Next element in the practical part is construction of a small PV power station, its measurement and evaluation.
Backward influences are compared by measurement results in conclusion of this diploma thesis. There are assessed of their properties and their elimination from the technical point of view.
The purpose of this thesis is to explain general principle of wind power plant and PV power plant. But the major purpose is to describe backward influences, their impact on electricity supply system and their elimination – prevent or reduce the impact on the system from a technical perspective.
