Abstract

Pro začínající podnikatele je podnikateslký plán jednou z nejdůležitějších věcí, kterou musí zpracovat. Obsahuje velké množství důležitých informací, které jsou potřebné k podnikání a může také sloužit investorům k posouzení reálnosti a zralosti podniku, který bude založen. To pak znamená, že banky a další investoři budou ochotni vložit finanční prostředky do tohoto podnikání. A to je určitou výhrou pro budoucí podnikatele.

Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jestli idea našeho podnikání je dostatečně reálná a zda-li by náš podnik, byl konkurenceschopný. Důležitým bodem našeho podnikání by byla snaha odlišit se od konkurence pořádáním akcí jak kulturních, tak i festivalů káv.

Pomocí analýz a metod jsem ověřil, že otevření kavárny v Ostravě by bylo reálné a pro nás, začínající podnikatele výhodné. Na základě zpracování plánu jsme vyhodnotili některé návrhy a doporučení, kterých by se podnik měl držet a řídit se jimi. Důležitým prvkem je neustálá snaha o propagaci, sledování nákladů a finančích toků, vyhovět zákazníkům, zkvalitňovat poskytované služby a mnoho dalších činností.

For beginning enterpriser is business plan one of the most important things which he have to make. It contains big quantity of informations needed to enterprising and it can serves to investors to explore factuality of business plan and maturity of company which will be set up. It means that banks and another investors will be willing to deposit financial resources to this business. And this is win for future enterprisers.

The aim of my dissertation was to find whether our idea of business is sufficient real and whether our company would be able to compete. Important point of our business will be the effort to diversify by the competitive business with arranging cultural actions and festivals of coffee.

Through the analysis and methods I verify that opening coffee bar in Ostrava will be real and profitable for us as a beginning enterprisers. On a basic of making the plan we evaluate some suggestions and recommendations which is good to hold and follow it for company. Important point is effort of propagation, watching the costs and financial flow, meets customers wishes, make the services better and another more activities.
