Abstract

The presented diploma thesis is devoted to the outline of the conditions for working with fire seals given by respecting the legal, technical regulations, project documentation, accompanying documentation of manufacturers to obtain an overview of the current state in the operation of buildings provided by Facility Management. The introductory part presents the characteristics of the relationship between legal, technical regulations and practice. The introductory part is followed by a clarification of the possibilities leading to more efficient work with fire seals in the design, implementation and post-commissioning phases. The next part deals with the analysis of the possibilities of using software applications. The aim of the work is to compare the work with fire seals carried out in a classical way and with the help of software solutions. Evaluate the benefits of software solutions and recommend the optimal solution for practice.
