Abstract

Analysis and Improvement of JIDOKA System at Electronic Components Production. This diploma thesis is dedicated to the description of usage of Jidoka system and description of the weak sites in this system in the selected company. There are described terms like Jidoka, Poka Yoke or Just-in-time in the theoretical part. Next chapter describes a process of the application of Q-Stop in the production, its sense, requirements, possibilities, etc. The chapter tree is connected with the previous chapter and there are defined the weak sites in usage of Jidoka system in the selected company.There are defined corrective actions for the discovered weak sites in the Jidoka system in the fourth chapter. Conclusion includes an evaluation of the corrective actions to eliminate the weak sites in the Jidoka system.
