Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the correct use of project management as a tool for optimizing business processes in selected company. The main goal is to find problematic business processes, followed by thorough process analysis and the optimization proposal itself. This optimization is represented by a project proposal, which is used to optimize selected areas in company with the help of a multi-criteria analysis. Within tools of project management and standardization, the solution should be structured project containing optimization, which can be implemented in selected company.
