Abstract
Execution and bankrupt proceedings are procedures in which creditor´s claims are usually satisfied. The thesis deals with selected economic and legal aspects of claim exaction in these proceedings. The thesis first defines these procedures from the theoretical and the current legal point of view. Furthermore, it deals with selected economic aspects of claim exaction in these proceedings and ways of executing execution and solving the debtor's bankruptcy. Then the thesis analyzes the concurrence of debt collection in these proceedings, and thus the conflict of execution and insolvency proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected aspects of debt recovery in the execution and insolvency proceedings, namely both economic and legal aspects, while presenting its own opinions and proposals of the author's solutions.
