Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on issues associated with securing and enforcing of the claims. Purpose of this work is to demonstrate procedures that banking institute uses for the recovery of its claims and suggest improvements of the process. The theoretical part contains the definition of the claim, the most common definition of hedging instruments, the analysis of legal ways of enforcing the debts and the description of debts expiration. The practical part contains brief characteristic of banking institute, the procedures which company use to enforce its claims and analysis of claims in the bank. The last part contains suggestions for improving the procedure of enforcing the claims.
