Analýza a implementace nástroje pro tvorbu storyboardů

Abstract

The ability to manage effectively and make changes across the society is a significant factor affecting the success of companies in the present commercial environment. Therefore, the societies of today are aiming to lay the greatest emphasis on a strict description of company business processes. There is a number of tools for modelling company business processes, however they are mostly too incomprehensible for the submitter. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and implement a tool which would be self-explanatory for the submitter, but nevertheless formally correct and unambiguous for the analyst. This tool is called the storyboard method, which is commonly used in other fields. In this method, business processes will be modelled using sucessive graphical pictures which represent performing separate activities in a process.
