Hodnocení bezpečnostního klimatu v podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of safety climate within an organization and its relationship to safety culture. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a review of scholarly literature focused on the definition of safety climate, revealing ambiguity in its definition and overlap with the concept of safety culture. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes various approaches to assessing safety climate, which are categorized based on employee attitudes and perceptions, organizational factors and systems, and integrated approaches. The practical part describes the implementation of a quantitative safety climate assessment in a specific company using the NOSACQ-50 questionnaire. The research results for different hierarchical levels of employees are presented, and a comparison with a reference database is conducted. Based on the identified strengths and weaknesses, key measures for improving the safety climate in the given organization are proposed.
