Multifunkční centrum - areál dolu Alexander

Abstract

Projekt bakalářské práce je úplná dokumentace pro provádění stavby Multifunkčního centra v areálu dolu Alexander. Dokumentace zahrnuje architektonické i stavebně – technické řešení. Projekt vychází z dvousemestrální studie, a to z Urbanistické studie – ATT III a Studie stavby – ATT IV, a také ze semestrálního vytváření dokumentace pro stavební povolení – ATT Va. Veškerá projektová dokumentace je zpracována podle platných norem a podle platné vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. O dokumentaci staveb. Předmětem návrhu je konverze a revitalizace budovy, která stojí v areálu bývalého dolu Alexander, v Ostravě – Kunčičkách. Záměrem je smysluplné využití potenciálu budovy, jenž nabízí. The project of Bachelor thesis is full documentation for the implementation of the construction of Multifunctional center in areal of mine Alexander. Documentation include architectural and engineering solutions. Project is based on two - semester study and that is from Urban study – PS III and from Study of construction – PS IV, also from one – semester creating documentation for building permits – PS Va. All project documentation is processed according to applicable standarts and according to applicable ed. 499/2006 Coll.Tthe construction documentation.

The proposal is the conversion and restoration of building, which stay in former areal of mine Alexander at Ostarva – Kunčičiky. The intention is to meaningful potential use that the builing offered. The main objective of multifunctional center is provide a space for all kinds of cultural opportunities.
