Abstract

The thesis is devoted to problems of crisis prevention, which serves to prevent the escalation of threats to crisis situations. Its objective is, based on theoretical knowledge of strategic and crisis management, is to identify, analyze and evaluate the risks that may cause the crisis of the selected company and prevent the achievement of its fundamental goal, and propose additional measures to already implemented procedures for theirs elimination. The thesis includes theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with selected areas of strategic and crisis management. The practical part dedicates to identifying, analyzing and evaluating risks of the chosen company eCENTRE ,a.s., and proposes appropriate measures to manage the situation.
