| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem zpracované diplomové práce je územní studie lokality URZ 3 dle územního plánu Ostravy. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout variantní řešení zástavby území s ohledem na omezení ve formě limit technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Jedna ze dvou zpracovaných variantních řešení byla vybrána pro detailní zpracování. Součástí zpracování studie, kromě výkresů technické a dopravní infrastruktury, je také orientační propočet investičních nákladů navrženého řešení a vizualizace vybraného návrhu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this dissertation work is Territorial Study of Locality URZ 3 according to Regional Plan of Ostrava. Goal of this thesis was to design few variants of possible urban developement and also considering limitations from current technical and transport infrastructure. The chosen one variant of possible urban developement was designed in details. Part of this elaboration includes connection to already existing technical and transport infrastructure, preliminary budget calculation and visualisation of this area. | en |
