Vývoj a aplikace metody technicko-ekonomické analýzy při výrobě tekutého kovu v elektrických pecích ve slévárnách

Abstract

Předložená disertační práce se zabývá vývojem metody nákladového hodnocení výroby tekutého kovu na elektrických pecích ve slévárnách, která je pracovně nazývána jako „technicko-ekonomická analýza“. Práce je rozdělena do osmi základních kapitol. Po stručném uvedení se zabývá teoretickými poznatky řešené problematiky. Následuje podrobný literární rozbor současné situace v oblasti řízení nákladové spotřeby ve slévárnách. V dalším kroku předložená práce podrobně definuje své cíle. Poté následuje představení metody technicko-ekonomické analýzy a detailní popis jejich dílčích kroků. V dalších statích je podrobně popsána aplikace metody v šesti slévárnách. V předposlední kapitole práce diskutuje přínosy nově vyvinuté metody. Závěrem konstatuje, že technicko-ekonomická analýza se při posuzování nákladovosti výroby tekuté fáze v elektrických pecích prokázala jako přínosná.

Dissertation thesis is aimed at finding a new method for cost evaluation of the liquid metal production in electric furnaces in foundries. For this purpose it is called “the technical and economic analysis”. The dissertation thesis is divided into eight main chapters. After a brief introduction, it deals with theoretical findings of the topic. Follows the detailed literature analysis of the present situation in the area of the managing costs consumption in foundries. In the next chapter, the thesis elaborately defines its goals. Afterwards, the method of technical and economic analysis is explained, including the description of specific steps. In the following parts the application of the method in six foundries is described. In the last chapter, this paper discusses the advantages of the newly developed analysis. The conclusion summarises that the technical and economic analysis when evaluating liquid metal production cost monitoring in electric furnaces proved to be considerably useful.
