Abstract
The main purpose of this thesis for bachelor degree was to analyse specific organisation’s strategic approaches regarding the recruitment and employment of new employees. The thesis contains two main parts; theoretical and practical. The first part of the report focuses on theoretical information from publish studies and textbooks. In this part of the study terminology and approaches in Human Resources management are explained. The next chapter introduces and describes the selected organization. The analytical part of the study examines the practical approaches employed when advertising, selecting and employing new employees. The evaluation of the organisation’s practical approaches and recommendations for improvements are presented in the Conclusion chapter of this thesis
