Strategická analýza a návrh strategie organizace

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the strategic analysis and the strategy proposal for ELPOS JOSEF TKADLEC, spol. s.r.o. The aim of the thesis rests in the implementation of the strategic analysis in the organization. On the basis of the applied strategic analysis, the particular strategy for the organization is chosen and the way of the implementation of this strategy is suggested. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical foundation of the strategic analysis, its formulation, choice, and, last but not least, with the way of its implementation. In the practical part, the organisation is characterised and the actual strategic analysis follows. It is executed by means of PESTLE analysis, financial analysis, property structure analysis and SWOT analysis. The strategic analysis is followed by the prognosis of the branch environment that is also essential for the the choice of the strategy. Afer the evaluation of all the obtained information, the strategy is formulated and the proposal concerning the implementation into the above-mentioned organisation is given.
