Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make suggestion solutions of problems in present condition of performance appraisal and employee remuneration in a selected company. In the thesis are used literary research, questionnaire survey, observation and interviews. The thesis provides proposals which be intended for improvement ascertained situation in company. Provided proposals should be implement in selected company. The diploma thesis is composed of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the used methods and theoretical basic concepts related to given issues. In the practical part is described selected company, where the research was carried out. This part also evaluates the current situation of the investigated issues. In the end of the diploma thesis were provided the proposals.
