Implementace požadavků normy ČSN EN IS0 9001 do systému managementu společnosti Brenston BM

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací systému managementu kvality podle mezinárodní normy ČSN EN ISO ISO 9001 v dřevařské společnosti BRENSTON BM s.r.o. V první části práce je uveden teoreticky rozbor různých přístupů k managementu kvality a jsou podrobně vysvětleny klíčové principy managementu kvality, a také procesní přístup či cyklus PDCA, který norma ČSN EN ISO 9001 uplatňuje. Součástí teoretické, první části, práce, je i analýza normy ČSN EN ISO 9001, její struktury a vybraných požadavků této normy. Praktická část obsahuje detailní analýzu současného stavu firmy, která odhaluje nedostatky v naplňování požadavků na systémy managementu kvality podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001 v praktických podmínkách BRENSTON BM s.r.o. Na základě těchto zjištění je vytvořen konkrétní harmonogram nápravných opatření a návrhy specifického způsobů plnění vybraných požadavků normy v prostředí dřevařské společnosti. Předložené návrhy mají zajistit shodu s normou a připravit společnost na budoucí certifikaci. Celý proces směřuje k zefektivnění vnitřních procesů a zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků v konkurenčním prostředí.

This diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of a quality management system in accordance with the international standard EN ISO 9001 at the woodworking company BRENSTON BM s.r.o. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical analysis of various approaches to quality management and explains in detail the key principles of quality management, as well as the process-based approach and the PDCA cycle, which are applied by the EN ISO 9001 standard. The theoretical first part of the thesis also includes an analysis of the EN ISO 9001 standard, its structure, and selected requirements of this standard. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of the company’s current state, which identifies shortcomings in meeting the requirements for quality management systems according to the EN ISO 9001 standard under the practical conditions at BRENSTON BM s.r.o. Based on these findings, a specific schedule of corrective actions is created, along with proposals for specific methods of fulfilling selected requirements of the standard within the context of a woodworking company. The proposed solutions are intended to ensure compliance with the standard and prepare the company for future certification. The entire process aims to streamline internal processes and increase customer satisfaction in a competitive environment.
