Termická analýza keramických pozistorů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the sintering process of pozistor ceramics. Thermal analysis was chosen for the analysis due to its accuracy, variability and replicability. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the temperatures of the main chemical-physical reactions during the sintering of ceramic tesserae. In the theoretical part, the ceramics are introduced and then the advanced ceramics for which their properties and applications are explained in more detail. At least by way of introduction, the theoretical part describes the posistor ceramics, how they work and their production. Thermal analysis is also introduced and its extensive issues are outlined in the chapters on thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The experimental part describes the production of a ceramic pozistor sample at TDK electronic s.r.o. for thermal analysis on the STA504 instrument. Before the measurements on the instrument, the sintering conditions are defined. A problem with a new type of material for the measuring device is presented. The results of the thermal analysis measurements are interpreted in the discussion.
