Abstract
This final dissertation deals with the issue of renewable energy sources, mainly wind and solar power plants, which, due to their stochastic supply of electric energy to electricity networks, can cause problems for distribution and transmission network providers, and therefore they contribute to rising demands for electric network regulation and dispatcher reserves.
The work focuses on a possible cooperation of a photovoltaic and a wind power plant operating within a common point connected to the electricity grid.
The conclusion of the dissertation describes a tool which is supposed to be used for the calculation of the electric power production for wind or solar power plants. This tool can be used before a planned plant construction. It shows whether a selected location is or is not suitable for the power plant construction, and specifies the supplies of power within the year.
