Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to elaborate the strategic analysis of the company. The theoretical part describes basic characteristics such as strategy, strategic management, strategic thinking and methods that can be used for strategic analysis. In the practical part, selected methods are applied to the organization and strategic analysis has been created.
