Abstract
This thesis is focused on Employee Motivation a Retail Chain. The aim is to assess the current state of motivation. I have focused on individual factors that influence motivation, satisfaction and further information about employee benefits. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the basic concepts and methods of survey. The second part is focused on the evaluation results, including suggestions and recommendations.
