Financování rekonstrukce náměstí obce Bouzov

Abstract

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with relatively expensive investments in terms of the small municipality. Specifically it deals with a main square reconstruction planned in Bouzov located in Olomouc region. In the theoretical part of the thesis the municipality in general is characterised, its legal scope, organs and budget. In the practical part Bouzov is introduced with both its history and the present, then the analysis of financial management in last five years is made and finally the specific investment regarding the square reconstruction is investigated. Several investment options are considered, including own sources of financing, grants, loans and bonds. Subsequently the optimal option combining the mentioned ones is chosen.
