Konkurenceschopnost malé rodinné firmy

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je konkurenceschopnost malé rodinné firmy. Cílem této práce je vypracování vhodných návrhů a doporučení, která povedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a zlepšení současného stavu vybrané firmy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena, mimo úvod a závěr, do tří tematických částí. V teoretické části je charakterizováno malé a střední podnikání, rodinné podnikání a v kontextu vybrané analyzované firmy i stručné představení oboru činnosti firmy, kterým je stavebnictví, resp. projektování ve výstavbě. Následně se teoretická část zabývá charakteristikami jednotlivých metod zkoumajících konkurenceschopnost podniku. Mezi tyto metody patří Porterova analýza pěti sil, PESTLE analýza, finanční analýza, model konkurenceschopnosti IDINMOSU a SWOT analýza. Uvedeno je v této části i vymezení podnikatelského rizika, které je neoddělitelnou součástí každého podnikání. Na teoretickou část navazuje část analytická, ve které jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní vybraný rodinný podnik. V úvodu této části je představen vybraný podnik, následně jsou zkoumány jeho potenciály v oblasti lidských a finančních zdrojů. Poté následují vybrané analýzy firmy, uvedené v teoretické části. Poslední část tvoří návrhy a doporučení. Ty jsou vytvořeny na základě výsledků dosažených v analytické části a jsou zaměřeny na stěžejní slabá místa firmy, jejichž odstraněním se zlepší současný stav firmy a posílí se tak její konkurenceschopnost.

The subject of this Diploma work is the competitiveness of small family business. The aim of this work is to create the appropriate suggestions and recommendations leading to the increase of the competitiveness and the improvement of current state of selected business. Diploma work is divided besides the introduction and the conclusion into three thematic parts. Within the theoretical part there is characterised small and medium business, family business and contextually chosen the analysed companies and also a brief introduction to the activities of the company which is the building industry or the construction planning. Subsequently, the theoretical part is focused on characterising of constituent methods investigating the competitiveness of the business. Among these methods belong the Porter’s analysis of five powers, the PESTLE analysis, the financial analysis, the model of the competitiveness IDINMOSU and the SWOT analysis. In this part, there is also introduced the determination of the business risk which is the inseparable part of every business. To the theoretical part is attached the analytical part in which is theoretical knowledge applied to specific small business. First of all there is introduced the selected business and farther there are investigated its potentials in the area of human and financial resources. After that follows selected analyses of the business, introduced in the theoretical part. The last part comprises suggestions and recommendations. These are created on the basis of the results gained by the analytical part and they are focused on the weaknesses of the business eliminating of which the current state will better and the competitiveness will also increase.
